Shipping & Returns

We are pre-launch. There is no shop on this site, no stockist carrying us, and no orders being taken. Until that changes there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

This page exists so the link in the footer goes somewhere true. When we open, it becomes the real policy.

Each fragrance is an eau de parfum in a 100 ml bottle, and 100 ml is the only size. Everything is blended in India and the studio is in Mota Varachha, Surat.

Perfume is flammable and most couriers treat it as restricted goods, which limits how it can be sent and where. That constrains us as much as anyone.

[TO FILL: domestic shipping — which courier, dispatch time, delivery estimate by zone, cost, and whether there is a free-shipping threshold.]

[TO FILL: international shipping — whether you will ship outside India at all. Many carriers refuse alcohol-based fragrance on air freight, so confirm this with your courier before publishing anything.]

[TO FILL: returns — the window in days, whether an opened bottle can be returned, who pays return postage, and how long a refund takes. Note that the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require a returns and refund policy to be published before you can sell online in India.]
