houseofhiya.in is the website of a perfume house based in Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat. At the time of writing it is a pre-launch site. It describes four eau de parfum and collects email addresses from people who want to be told when those go on sale.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. There is no cart, no checkout, and no price. When that changes, these terms will be replaced with ones that cover buying.

There is an unrelated company called House of Hiya at houseofhiya.com: a designer clothing label in Mumbai selling sarees and lehengas. We have no connection to it, no shared ownership, and no commercial relationship with it. If you are looking for that company, you are on the wrong site and nothing here applies to you.

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not scrape it to train a commercial model, republish its copy as your own, or use the House of Hiya name, the Hiya wordmark, the monogram or the packaging artwork on your own products or materials.

The text, photographs, illustrations, packaging designs and marks on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise.

When you leave an email address you are asking to be contacted once, about the launch. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to us. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to the address in the meantime.

Do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is a website form, not a secure channel.

We describe how the named materials in each fragrance tend to behave — on skin, on cloth, in heat. Fragrance is not consistent between people. Skin chemistry, temperature, humidity and what else you are wearing all change the result, so treat everything on the fragrance pages as a description rather than a promise.

[TO FILL: once the fragrances are finalised, confirm that every note listed on the site matches the printed carton. At the time of writing the note pyramids on this site were drafted before the packaging was seen and have not all been checked against it.]

We may change, correct or remove anything on this site without notice.

Perfume goes on skin. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy to a fragrance material, patch-test before wearing anything, ours included, and stop if you react. We do not accept liability for a reaction to a product you have not yet been able to buy from us, and once you can, the terms covering that sale will say what we do accept.

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
